The persistent aromas and strong flavours that characterise this Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI are born from the prolonged refinement in oak barrels. Our fine wood barrels are never completely emptied: this allows us to create a continuous cycle of aromas and to enhance our products with extraordinary characteristics.
