Kenya "AA" Washed is a strong and very aromatic its distinguished and intense flavour is a delightful complement as an end to the meal. Kenyan coffee is loved worldwide, mainly thanks to its elegantly acidic flavour, which is very far from the idea one normally has of coffee. This particular variety of Arabica grows only at around 2000 m. altitude. The double "AA" indicates the bean's size, which is greater than most.
India Monsooned Malabar is a coffee with a unique sweet nuance of spices, ideal after lunch or diner. This coffee results from a pale yellow sweet bean with low acidity, giving an exceptional smooth coffee. Considering the highest quality of the monsooned coffees, Malabar originates from the sout coast of India. The name comes from the process of storing harvested green beans in open warehouses, where they are exposed to strong winds for several weeks during the monsoon season. The result is a pale yellow, sweet bean with low acidity. This incredible process makes for exceptionally smooth coffee.
